- The promotion campaign “Digital DIY Festive Offers Campaign for SMEs” starts from today until 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). This campaign only accepts applications from local businesses or companies (holding a valid Hong Kong business registration) ("Participants").
- Participants must select offers and fill in the required information using the application form on the "Digital DIY Portal" Website of the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC). By submitting application, participants agree to accept all terms and conditions of this campaign.
- The offers in this promotion campaign ("Offers") are available in limited quantities and are subject to availability.
- All promotional images for this campaign are for reference only. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used for resale.
- The offers for this promotion campaign are sponsored by designated service providers ("Suppliers"). Participants must also accept the terms and conditions from Suppliers when selecting and redeeming offers.
- Participants must confirm and guarantee that all submitted application information is true and correct, and that no third-party information has been misused. If any false information is discovered, HKPC reserves the right to cancel the Participant's eligibility to redeem offers and retains the right to pursue legal action.
- Upon receiving Participants' application, HKPC will forward their contact information to the Supplier or their designated redemption agent for follow-up. They will contact the Participant via email or phone within 7 working days to confirm the arrangements for redeeming the offers.
- HKPC is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by Participants due to their participation in this promotion or any disputes with Suppliers.
- In case of any disputes, HKPC reserves the final discretion and decision-making authority.
