On November 14, 2023, we hosted a webinar in which we invited representatives from the "Digital Transformation Support Pilot Scheme" Secretariat of Cyberport to share the latest tips for obtaining funding. The main focus of this event was the "Digital Transformation Support Pilot Scheme" that Cyberport is set to launch by the end of this year. This program aims to support SMEs in the retail and catering industries, covering various areas such as online promotion, in-store sales, payment systems, and more, to facilitate their digital transformation. Ms Alice So and Mr Alfred Wong, both from Cyberport, shared essential information about the "Digital Transformation Support Pilot Scheme" with DDIY platform technology partners, providing valuable insights to the participants.

During the webinar, a new member of the DDIY platform, Daisy AI, showcased for the first time how they utilize integrated ChatGPT artificial intelligence technology for industry demand analysis. With just a few simple questions, SMEs can easily identify suitable technological solutions for their businesses, paving the way for digital transformation.

The seminar attracted approximately 100 participants and received over 60 questions during the Q&A session, demonstrating a high level of interest and engagement in the program. We firmly believe that this initiative will bring significant opportunities for SMEs, promoting business growth and enhancing competitiveness. We look forward to more SMEs participating and fully utilizing this program to achieve digital transformation, contributing to the thriving development of Hong Kong in the global digital economy, fostering continuous innovation.
