Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
SOCIF provides passenger fleet companies and their passengers with real-time Estimated Time of Arrivals on the web or mobile apps by installing GPS positioning devices or using the installed GPS signals for passenger fleets, so that they can be rest assured and enjoy their rides. In addition to improving passenger travel experience, it can also help operators monitor the service performance of their fleets.
SOCIF provides ETA service to 30+ residential/ commercial properties, such as Pacific Palisades, Hong Lok Yuen, Park Island, Royal Ascot etc.. We aim to enhance resident experience & increase user engagement of the Property App. Currently, we are serving more than 100 shuttle buses in Hong Kong.
Passenger Counting System (PCS)
Through the use of independent edge computing technology and AI image analysis technology, our people counting system can greatly enhance operational efficiency, data analysis capabilities, and reduce the labor and administrative costs of related statistical work. The automated statistical system can even produce income records and estimates, so that the saved resources can be further utilized in areas such as business promotion or innovation.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) system for Public Green Minibus in Hong Kong
SOCIF has been involved in an HKD 65 million government contract (i.e. Transport Department of HK) with HKT and Hong Kong Octopus to cooperate with more than 160 minibus operators in providing the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) service for 3500+ public green minibus, serving 1.5 million daily passengers.
