On June 18, 2024, we had the privilege of visiting the Hong Kong Pet Industry Association and meeting with industry representatives to discuss the challenges and opportunities obtained by digital transformation. This meeting not only deepened our understanding of the pet industry's needs but also provided us with a valuable opportunity for in-depth exchanges with industry experts.

During the meeting, we explored the current operational status and challenges faced by the pet industry. We also introduced the latest developments of the "Digital Transformation Support Pilot Program," which primarily targets the catering and retail sectors, each eligible enterprise will receive a maximum of HK$50,000 in funding. It is anticipated that at least 8,000 enterprises will benefit from this initiative. Notably, representatives from Cyberport, the secretariat of the funding scheme were invited to share the latest tips on applying for funds, injecting new momentum into the pet industry.

Looking ahead, DDIY will visit various supporting organizations to gain a deeper understanding of the practical situations and operational challenges of different industries. We plan to organize a series of online and offline events aimed at providing industry professionals with practical application cases, helping local enterprises navigate the path of digital transformation successfully. DDIY is dedicated to becoming a trusted strategic partner for the industry, working together to create a brilliant future in digitalization.
